I don’t understand why Sherbet has been mispronounced as “Sherbert” to such a heavy extent that the dictionary includes the latter term in it’s definition of acceptable pronunciations. Where does the unnecessary “ur” sound come from?
Sherbet.

It is puzzling.
I mean come on, Sher-BERT? Like Bert? From Bert and Ernie of Sesame Street?
I am consistantly delaying the comic; but not due to laziness. This has been one of the hardest comics I have ever encountered to write/draw due to my lack in understanding how to leave the situations humorous while keeping the characters unscathed.
If someone is offended, I hope they realize it is not meant to be that way.
Now, to eat some Raspberry Sherbet.
