Mistakes.

Today I did absolutely nothing. I would normally be proud of myself, but my wrist hurts.

I did stretch though… er tried to stretch. I don’t like stretching. Now I am sore, and still have all the cramps I had before I attempted to stretch. No more stretches for me.

    Patrick, you need to stretch. Most importantly, you need to stretch your legs after playing ITG or DDR.
